3 soldiers missing in snow avalanche in north Kashmir

Srinagar, Dec 12 : Three soldiers have gone missing after a snow avalanche hit a forward Army post in the border town of Gurez in north Kashmir district of Bandipora.
Official sources told that a snow avalanche, triggered by snowfall since Monday, hit Army’s Mani Post at Bagtoo in Gurez. “Three jawans in the post have gone missing,” they said.
They said search and rescue operation has been launched in the area to trace the missing soldiers.UNI
