New Delhi, Jan 11: Supreme Court judge Arun Mishra, will now hear the Aircel Maxis case related to the Foreign Investment Promotion Board approval granted in 2006 by erstwhile Finance Minister P Chidambaram. 
Yesterday, the Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra had recused from hearing the case and had said that another bench would hear the matter. 
The CJI recused himself from the case as he said the had heard the 2G spectrum allocation matter.
Counsel for Karti Chidambaram, the son of the ex-FM, on Thursday told the bench, headed by Justice Arun Mishra,' We are happy now that you are hearing this case.' 
The bench observed,' Don’t use such type of words in front of the apex court, as we were doing our constitutional duty. 
"We are doing our duty, not to make you happy. You must maintain the decorum of this court," Justice Mishra said. UNI
