TRS members demanded an increase in the quota of Muslim reservation in Telangana.
Indian National Congress and AITC Members raised anti-Government slogans on the banking frauds in which suspected kingpin diamond merchant Nirav Modi was allegedly allowed to flee the country.
Amid din, papers were laid on the table and The Chit Funds (Amendment) Bill, 2018 and The Fugitive Economic Offenders Bill, 2018, introduced by Union Minister of State for Finance Shiv Pratap Shukla.
Speaker Sumitra Mahajan tried to conduct business but nothing could be heard in the pandemonium. She was forced to adjourn the House for the second and final time for the day at 1215 hrs.
Last week, also, was wasted as the House of the People could not conduct any business due to the disruption by opposition.
