Vijayapur,
Karnataka, Mar 13: A 37-year-old woman committed suicide along with her
two children on Monday in Indi railway station limits here.
Vijayapur Railway police inspector Shivkumar told on Tuesday that the woman
had laid down across the track along with her three children about 1.5 km away
from Indi railway station.
Laxmilbai Prakash Boodhihal, the woman, her four-year-old girl Karuna and two-year-old boy Bheemappa were found dead, while her eight-year-old eldest daughter Danamma suffered injuries and was admitted to a local hospital, he said.
According to railway sources, a goods train ran over them around 2300 hrs. Sources said family problem was said to be the reason for the act. UNI
