SRINAGAR, JUNE 6: Governor N.N. Vohra has condoled the passing away of S. Rangeel Singh, former Minister and senior Vice-President of PDP.
In a message the Governor has prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and wished his family the strength to bear this sad loss.
