New Delhi, Aug 20 : Former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi was remembered on his 73rd birth anniversary with several leaders paying homage at his memorial at Veer Bhumi. Taking to micro-blogging site Twitter, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "On his birth anniversary, we remember Rajiv Gandhi & recall his contribution to the nation." Earlier in the day, the Gandhi family, including Congress president Sonia Gandhi, party vice-president Rahul Gandhi and his sister Priyanka Gandhi, her husbsnd Robert Vadra and their daughter, paid their respects to the late leader at his memorial at Veer Bhoomi .paid tributes to the late leader at Veer Bhumi.
