Sept 20: Rajasthan Governor Kalyan Singh has greeted people on the
occasion of Navratri. In a message, Mr Singh said Navratra festivities
symbolises staying away from evil. It encourages people to lead a pure and
pious life. On this occasion, he urged people to work constructively towards a
