KUPWARA, NOVEMBER 17: District administration
Kupwara today conducted a quiz cum essay competition at Town Hall Kupwara
through Education Department in collaboration with District Election Authority
on the theme "No Voters to be left behind”.
The competition was organized under the
supervision of District Coordinator Cultural and Educational wing Kupwara Nazir
Ahmad Qureshi. The competition was attended by 100 students including 30
girl students.
The aim of the competition was to aware the
youngsters regarding the significance of voting rights.
On this occasion, DEO Kupwara Khalid Jahangir
and other dignitaries and experts expressed their views regarding the
importance of enrolment in voter list.
The competition was
organized in collaboration with Election Commission of India.
