New Delhi, Feb 13: National Security Advisor Ajit Doval on Tuesday met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh in the Home Ministry amid back to back terror attacks on Army and Central Reserve Police Force’s camp in two separate incidents in the last four days in Jammu and Kashmir. 
Though the Home Ministry officials are tight-lipped about the details of the meeting but it is understood that the issue of security situation in J&K figured during the hour-long deliberations.
“The casualty of the security forces in the recent terror attacks is a major concern for the Government right now,” an official on the condition of anonymity said. 
A day before, Mr Singh held a meeting at his residence on Monday and reviewed the security scenario in Jammu and Kashmir with Intelligence Bureau Chief and Union Home Secretary. 
On last Saturday, the terrorists attacked the residential premises of the Army’s 26 Battalion camp at Sunjwan in Jammu where five army personnel were martyred and one civilian was killed. The three terrorist were killed in the operation by the Army.
Two terrorists tried to enter the 23 Battalion Headquarter of the Central Reserve Police Force at Keran Nagar in Srinagar on Monday but an alert sentry fired on the approaching militants and the exchange of fire one constable of the paramilitary was killed. UNI
