Jammu, Mar 30: Paying heed to the genuine demand of local population, BJP State President & MLA Jammu West in the presence of august gathering of prominent locals, local BJP leaders and Sabha office bearers, inaugurated the first floor along with the office and boundary wall on the ground floor of Community Hall in the Mahajan Sabha, Talab Tillo.
The hall has been serving as the important spot for the local population from all the communities for small functions. It also serves as the moment saver especially for the needy population, which is provided with the space with almost free of cost or the minimum charges. Locals approached the MLA for help with the funds, so that the constructed area of hall could be increased in order to provide enough space for the smooth conduct of small congregations.
While speaking on the occasion, Sat Sharma dedicated the hall to the efforts of public, saying that the prime focus of Narendra Modi led government is to provide the opportunity to live with dignity to every single person living in the most neglected sections of society which is still untouched with prosperity for decades. This “Antodaya” forms the core ideology and the basics of working strategy of the BJP, he asserted.
While giving the details of the present work, Sat said that the present work is being carried out with the help of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC). The work will be completed with the cost of 17 lakh rupees.
Sat asked the local population to also contribute in the social cause by keeping a check on the quality of the work being done. He asked them to report any type of irregularity witnessed in the commissioning of the present work. He also urged them to devote time for social works for helping the poor and the needy.
Locals and the Sabha members thanked MLA for his consideration for the noble cause. They said that the step will act as a boon for the local population for the small social and familial gatherings.
BJP State Secretary Sanjay Baru, District President Ayodhya Gupta, Rattan Hindu, Tarsem Gupta, Parneesh Gupta, Puneet Gupta, Keshav Chopra, Adv. Rajesh Gupta, Veena Gupta, Rajinder Gupta, Om Gupta, Manohar Singh, Deepak Kumar and others also accompanied the MLA during inauguration.
