"Swachhata drive
in Centre Basic School"
Jammu, Sept 15: To mark the start of the historic 'Swachhata Hi Seva Movement',
BJP General Secretary Yudhvir Sethi today launched a cleanliness drive at
Central Basic High School whereby he joined by party activists cleaned the
premises of Institution and send a strong message to maintain hygiene in
society.
Speaking on the occasion, Yudhvir Sethi send these kind of
cleanliness drive will add vigour to our efforts to fulfil Mahatma Gandhi dream
of a 'Clean India.' he said dizziness is next to godliness and we must ensure
that our homes, institutions, hospitals, shopping areas, bazars and localities
all stay clean. He added that we should not litter everywhere and maintain
hygiene in our society.
Yudhvir Sethi advised children to inculcate habit of throwing
waste into the dustbin so that the same could be transported to the designated
sites for treatment or dumping. He also advise them to not to throw waste on
the roads while driving. This habit he said will also keep the city and our
village is clean.
Laying emphasis on the cleanliness he said that our Prime
Minister Narendra Modi has been leading the campaign from the front by cleaning
Institutions, government schools and streets and has set examples before the
world that we need to maintain hygiene. Keeping in view such a zeal we all must
contribute in making India clean and green.
Yudhvir Sethi said that we must follow the footsteps of Prime
Minister Narendra Modi and ensure cleanliness in our homes, surroundings and
public places to avoid spread of epidemics. A healthy Nation he added comprises
of healthy people and this can be ensured only if we have healthy atmosphere
and disease free society.
Anil Masoom, Ramesh Gupta, Kartar Mahajan, Rabesh Bali, Sudhir
Anand, Ved Padha, Varun Khajuria, Neeru Anand, Saroj Gupta, Savita Anand,
Sharda Devi were also present on the occasion.
