JAMMU, APRIL
27: Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh has paid rich tributes to the
soldiers killed in an encounter in Panzgam area of the district Kupwara today.
Dr Singh
while paying tributes to the martyred soldiers said that they have rendered the
ultimate sacrifice while fighting the elements inimical to peace. He said their
sacrifices would be remembered for ever.
Deputy Chief
Minister also expressed solidarity with the families of the martyred soldiers
and hoped that they would be able to bear the tragic loss.
