ANANTNAG, MAY 26: A Lok Adalat was organized by the District Legal Services Authority at
District Court Complex Anantnag yesterday under the Chairmanship of Mr.
Mohammad Ashraf Malik, Principal District & Session Judge Anantnag.
A total of 20 cases related to MACT, Bank matters, civil and
Matrimonial cases were taken up in the Lok Adalat out of which seven cases were
amicably settled. An amount of Rs.13.25 lacs was awarded in four MACT cases and
three case related to other matters were also settled.
