JAMMU, MAY 26: Department of Public Health Dentistry I.G.G.D.C, Jammu has opened an Anti Tobacco Counseling Cell for providing counseling to help people shun the habit of using tobacco.
The
counseling cell was inaugurated by Dr Romesh Singh Principal I.G.G.D.C, Jammu
in presence of all HODs, staff and Medical Superintendent and other staff of
I.G.G.D.C.
Head of Anti
Tobacco Counseling Cell, Dr Iqbal Singh informed that the cell shall
provide counseling to the tobacco users to stop its use and also
inform them about its ill effects via audio, visual aids besides providing
medical help. He appealed the people to avail the benefit of this counseling
cell.
Colgate samples were also distributed
among tobacco smokers by Sumit Gandotra of Colgate India.
