SRINAGAR, MAY 25: Minister of State for Health and
Medical Education, Asiea Naqash, Thursday visited SMHS Hospital here
to enquire about the health condition of Abdul Qayoom, who was shot at by
unidentified gunmen near Barzulla area of Srinagar city last night.
The
Minister was informed by Medical Superintendent of the hospital that Qayoom has
been shifted to the ICU after he was operated upon and that his condition was
stable.
Asiea appreciated the efforts of the doctors and prayed for Qayoom’s earliest
and fullest recovery.
