SRINAGAR,
MAY 8: Consequent to the opening of the Darbar here today, Governor N.N. Vohra
held a series of meetings in which he was briefed about the maintenance of Law
and Order and Internal Security related issues by Sh. B.B. Vyas, Chief
Secretary; Dr. S.P. Vaid, DGP; Lt. Gen. J.S. Sandhu, GOC 15 Corps and the heads
of Central Intelligence Agencies.

Spokesman stated that besides briefings about the implementation status of
important state and central development projects the Governor will be having
extensive discussions with Ms. Mehbooba Mufti, Chief Minister.
