SRINAGAR, MAY 22: Governor N.N. Vohra has expressed grief
on the passing away of Smt. Shanti Devi, former member of the J&K Legislative
Assembly. In a message
the Governor has prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul and wished her
family the strength to bear this sad loss.
