JAMMU, MAY 24: Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today visited the
residence of former MLA and senior PDP leader, Shanti Devi and paid her
respects to the departed leader.
The Chief Minister laid a wreath on the body of Shanti Devi and also offered
floral tributes.
Mehbooba Mufti also conveyed her condolences to the bereaved family and
prayed for her eternal solace.
Minister for Horticulture, Syed Basharat Bukhari; Minister for
FCS&PD & Information, Choudhary Zulfkar; Minister of State for Health
and Medical Education, Asiea Naqash; several Legislators, leaders of various
political and social organizations and prominent citizens were present on the
occasion.
