Mulkh Raj Singh takes over as Secretary LA

SRINAGAR, MAY 31 - According to a press release issued by the Assembly Secretariat, Speaker, J&K Legislative Assembly, Kavinder Gupta, in terms of J&K Legislative Assembly (Recruitment and Conditions of Service) Rules 1959 has assigned the charge of Secretary, Legislative Assembly to Mr Mulkh Raj Singh, Special Secretary and the senior-most officer in place of Mr. Mohammad Ramzan, who completed his term as Secretary General Assembly in the afternoon of 31^st of May, 2017.
