SRINAGAR, MAY 8: The Speaker, Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly, Mr Kavinder Gupta along with Deputy Speaker Mr Nazir Ahmed Gurezi inspected various sections in Assembly Secretariat and took stock of the arrangements made for smooth functioning on re-opening of the offices in summer Capital after Annual Durbar Move, here today.
They visited
administrative section, hospitality and protocol, stationary, translation,
accounts, legislation, Question. They also visited Library and enquired about
the functioning of the section.
The Speaker
also interacted with the Heads of the Branches and officials and enquired about
their working.
The Speaker
instructed the Secretary General, Assembly Secretariat to sort out the problems
of Assembly employees, if any, faced by them enabling them to discharge their
duties without any inconvenience.
Secretary
General Assembly, Mr Mohammad Ramzan and other officers accompanied the Speaker
and Deputy Speaker during their inspection.
