PULWAMA, JUNE 07: The District Development Commissioner Pulwama today convened a
meeting to discuss progress achieved under vital sectors in the district.
The meeting held threadbare discussions
on the progress of various ongoing developmental works and projects in the
district. The DDC stressed the officers to work in tandem so that work on all
the development works is expedited and public grievances are redressed on
priority.
He directed the engineers of
R&B, PHE, and PDD that the execution of works should be completed within
the stipulated time frame. He stressed the concerned departments to provide
essential commodities and adequate power supply, drinking water to the people
of the district especially during the holy month of Ramadan.
The Municipal authorities informed
the meeting that so far 100 street lights have been installed in the Pulwama
town so far.
