SRINAGAR, JUNE 15: A deputation of displaced shopkeepers from Huzuri Bagh today called on Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development, Asiea Naqash here.
Shopkeepers’ deputation put forth their demands and urged the Minister to redress their grievances.
The Minister gave a patient hearing and assured them they would get full support and their matter will soon be sorted.
The deputation informed the Minister that their business has suffered immensely and as such they are facing immense hardships.
While interacting with vendors, the Minister ensured that she will take up the matter personally to the concerned authorities so that rehabilitation of vendors is expedited on priority basis.
