Government accords sanction to the prosecution of 8 public servants

SRINAGAR, JUNE 6:- The State Government has issued orders sanctioning prosecution in respect of eight public servants namely Sh. Ram Chand, the then Assistant Sub-Inspector at Police Post Hatli Morh Kathua, Sh. Peer Shakeel Ahmed, the then Incharge Horticulture Development Officer Dooru District Anantnag, Sh Mohammad Muzafar Khan, the then Junior Engineer, PHE Handwara, Sh Showkat Hussain Pir, the then Junior Engineer, PHE Handwara, Sh Abdul Hamid Bhat, the then Storekeeper, CAPD, Godown, Bumhama, Sh Mohammad Shafi Mir, the then Supervisor CAPD Lone Harie Kralpora, Sh Gulzar Ahad Wani, the then Storekeeper CAPD, Zangli Kashmir and Sh Gulam Rasool Lone, the then Junior Assistant BMO Office, Trehgam for commission of offences, punishable under  Section 5(2) of the Jammu & Kashmir Prevention of Corruption Act.
