SRINAGAR, JUNE 02: The Minister for Animal, Sheep Husbandry and Fisheries, Abdul Ghani Kohli, today extendedfelicitations to youth who have qualified prestigious Civil Services Examinations (2016).
In his congratulatory message, the Minister said that it heartening to see the youth of the State exhibiting their talent and excelling in competitive civil service exams.
He while expressing delight over the success of IAS qualifiers wished them a successful career ahead.
