DODA JUNE, 01: A Lok Adalat was organized at TLSC
Headquarter Court complex Doda under the chairmanship of O.P.Thakur, Chairman TLSC (CJM Doda) and assisted by Arun Kotwal Addl. Special
Mobile Magistrate Doda.
A total
no. of 48 cases were taken up, out of which 40 cases
were decided and award of Rs 30,000 was passed whereas Rs. 14000 were recovered
on the spot.
Large no. of litigants, general public, advocates and representatives of
the concerned departments participated in the Lok Adalat. People were made
aware about their rights and duties on the occasion.
