SRINAGAR, JUNE 9: The meeting of Committee on Ethics of
Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held under the Chairmanship of MLA,
Abdul Rahim Rather here today.
Legislators, Abdul Rashid Dar and Abdul Majeed Larmi attended the
meeting and gave their suggestions and inputs to improve the ethical conduct of
the members in and outside the house.
The
Committee members held threadbare discussions on various issues related to role
of the ethics committee, helping to address value conflicts or uncertainties.
They also discussed the functioning and future course of the action of the
Committee.
Additional Secretary, Naseema Jan, besides staff and officials of the
Assembly also attended the meeting.
