JAMMU JUNE 06: J&K High Court Legal Services Committee is organizing National Lok Adalat on 8th July, 2017 for Criminal Compoundable offence, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank Recovery cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial disputes, Labour disputes, Land Acquisition cases, Service Matters relating to pay and allowances and retiral benefits, Electricity and water Bills(excluding non-compoundable),Revenue cases(pending in District Courts and High Courts), Other Civil cases (rent easmentary rights, injunction suits, specific performance suits) etc pending before both the wings of High Court Jammu and Srinagar.
People interested in settlement of their case in the Lok Adalat may approach, with the title and number of the case, if the case is Pending before High Court wing Jammu, Registrar Judicial High Court wing Jammu, Secretary HCLSC, Front Office Jammu, Pending before High Court wing Srinagar, Registrar Judicial High Court wing Srinagar, Secretary HCLSC, Front Office Srinagar by or before 20th of June, 2017, so that the parties may be informed well in time.
