DDC Pulwama chairs officers meeting

PULWAMA, JULY14. The District Development Commissioner, Pulwama, today chaired a meeting of district level officers here to review the achievements made in various sectors in the district.

The meeting was attended by ADC, Joint Director Planning, Executive Engineers of R&B, PMGSY, PDD, Irrigation, RAMKY, Additional Commissioner Revenue and other concerned officers.

           The schemes under implementation in various sectors were discussed threadbare and it was decided that the set targets under these sectors shall be achieved in full.

The District Development Commissioner exhorted the officers to gear up the pace of work on ongoing projects so that they can be completed well in time. He told the concerned officers to work in synergy in order to provide better amenities for the people.

          The DDC directed the officials of the PDD, PHE and Irrigation Department to ensure availability of power supply, adequate water supply and irrigation facilities to the people so that they don’t face any inconvenience.

He stressed the Executive Engineer R&B to take steps for beautification of circular road and also instructed the Executive Engineer PDD to install street lights on the road.

           He stressed the officers to work with dedication and honesty so that the targets are achieved in full within the given timeframe.
