JAMMU, JULY 13: Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh has expressed anguish
over the killing of two soldiers in Keran sector of North
Kashmir.
He expressed grief over the killing and extended his deepest condolences to the bereaved families of martyred soldiers.
