DOORU, JULY 22: In one of its regular events, the Physical Education wing of the
Government Degree College Dooru organized its annual road race today.
The race witnessed participation of 61 students and was flagged off by college
principal from Upper Market Dooru. Spanning upto 4 Km the event
culminated at Main Chowk Verinag.
Younus Mushtaq Reshi surpassed remained winner of the race with 17
minutes and 30 seconds, Mujeeb-Ur-Rehman took 18 minutes to secure second place
whereas Ajaz Ahmad Bhat bagged third position after covering the distance in 18
minutes and 13 seconds.
