: A motorcyclist was killed in a road accident in central Kashmir district
of Budgam, official sources said here today. They told that a commercial
vehicle hit a motorcycle at Magam in Budgam, resulting in on-the-spot death of
the motorcyclist, Nayeem Ahmad. Police have registered a case and initiated
investigation into the accident, they said, adding the driver of the vehicle
has been arrested. After completing all the legal and medical formalities, the
body of the deceased was handed over to his relatives for last rites. UNI
