Builder Sanjay Chandra says he wants to walk the talk

New Delhi, Aug 16 : Sanjay Chandra, the owner of real estate major, Unitech, today moved the Supreme Court seeking bail for three months in connection with the refund of money to flat investors case. The matter is related to return of the money to investors who had paid money to the company to get their flats. Mr Chandra told a division bench, headed by Justice Dipak Misra, that he wanted to repay investors who were not given flats at the right time. He asserted, that if need be, he would go abroad to collect money to pay it to the investors. Justice Misra said, 'We would likely to hear the matter again on August 25.' UNI
