UDHAMPUR, AUGUST 24: Member
Legislative Assembly, Pawan Kumar Gupta, today inaugurated 3- day Children's On-the-spot
Music Competition which was organised by Jammu and Kashmir Academy of Art,
Culture and Languages in collaboration with District Administration at Happy
Model School.
About 60 students from 29 different Government and private educational
institutions participated in the competition.
The competition is being held under 4 categories. Category 1 includes
the children from age group 6 to 9 years, the second category is of children
from 10 to 13 years, 14 to 16 years of children constitute Category 3 and the
last category comprises of participants between the age group 17 to 21 years.
Manju Bala, Radha Sharma and Naveen Punjabi acted as judges during the
programme while Danish Kumar and Ravinder Kumar conducted the proceeding of the
whole programme.
