SRINAGAR, AUGUST 30: The J&K High Court Legal
Services Committee is going to organise National Lok Adalat at
Srinagar and Jammu wings of High Court on September 09, 2017.
Cases (pending and pre-litigation) pertaining to NI Act under Section
138, Bank Recovery Cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial, Electricity and Water Bills
(Excluding theft cases), Revenue Cases other civil cases (rent, Elementary
rights, Injunction suits, specific performance suits), Criminal compoundable
offences and other cases shall be taken up in the said Lok
Adalat.
Interested persons can approach Registrar Judicial Srinagar/Jammu wing
along with the particulars of the cases to list their cases in the National Lok Adalat for their
amicable settlement.
