SRINAGAR, AUGUST 21- According to J&K High Court Legal Services Committee, a National Lok Adalat is to be held in Srinagar and Jammu on September 09 to settle cases of different nature.
In the National Lok Adalat, Pre-Litigation and pending cases pertaining to Criminal Compoundable offences, NI Act cases under Section 138, Bank recovery cases, MACT cases, Matrimonial disputes, Electricity and water bills (excluding theft cases, Revenue cases, other civil cases (rent, easementary rights, injuction suits, specific performance suits etc.) and other cases will be taken up for hearing.
