New Delhi, Aug 8 :  The Supreme Court today dismissed a plea seeking a policy making yoga compulsory from standard 1 to 8 across the country. A bench, headed by Justice Madan B Lockur, dismissed the plea filed by BJP leader Ashwini Upadhyay. "Right to health is a fundamental right but Court is not supposed to frame curriculum. It is the duty of the Government to consider, if it want to, the representations of the petitioners to make Yoga compulsory or not for the students of I-VIII standard," the bench said. UNI
