SRINAGAR, AUGUST 22: Minister for Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs and Information, Choudhary Zulfkar Ali has condoled the demise of former Minister, Sofi Ghulam Mohiuddin, who passed away today morning.
In his condolence message, Zulfkar Ali expressed sympathies with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
He termed the former Minister's demise as a great loss to the State and remembered his contribution for the upliftment of the downtrodden and weaker sections of the society.
Pertinently, Sofi Ghulam Mohiuddin served the State as Forest Minister in the Government of late Chief Minister Mufti Mohammed Sayeed in 2002.
