GANDERBAL SEPTEMBER 1: District Development Commissioner,
Ganderbal today constitutes a Committee of officers to bring all the offices in
the Mini Secretariat Ganderbal within the ambit of internet protocol based
hybrid PBX/ virtual PBX system.
The Committee comprises Additional District Development Commissioner,
Nazir Ahmed Baba, Chief Planning officer, Abdul Salam Magray, Assistant
Commissioner Revenue (co-opted) Bashir Ahmed Bhat, and DIO, NIC, Basharat
Shafi.
The mandate of the committee is to formulate draft NIT,
inviting tenders/ bids, opening and evaluation of technical and financial bids
and allotment of tender to successful bidder after approval from District
Development Commissioner. The committee shall proceed in the matter with full
transparency and codal procedure.
