Srinagar, Sep 23: Continuing its efforts to eradicate drug menace,  police destroyed wild bhung in K-Koot and Charsoo villages in south Kashmir district of Pulwama, a police spokesman said here this afternoon.
      He said on the directions of SSP Awantipora Mohammad Zahid, a police party headed by Station House Officer (SHO) Nazir Ahmad destroyed wild bhung spread over about 50 kanals of land at K-Koot and Charsoo villages of Awantipora.
Police has sofar destroyed wild bhung spread on 80 kanals of land during this month. The drive will continue in the district. UNI
