Sep 26: In a poetic letter, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee has
reached out to the Durga Puja committees across the state, wishing the
organisers. In a letter dated August 30, 2017, she eulogised the victory of
good over evil. She also appealed to all to maintain communal harmony at the
time of the festivities. She said ‘Sharodiya Durgotsav’ is not only a religious
festival but a festival that unites all. UNI
