BARAMULLA, SEPTEMBER 15: As part of
the fortnight-long cleanliness drive "Swachta He Sewa", Deputy
Commissioner Baramulla, Dr. Nasir Ahmad Naqash today kick-startd the drive at
Government Women’s College Baramulla.

Baramulla, ADC Baramulla, Officers from civil and police administration, field
functionaries of municipality and other departments were present on the
occasion.
The special cleanliness drive was launched with the aim of cleaning
various places including public offices and other vital locations of public
importance. The program started today and will end on 02 October which
marks the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi.
Speaking on the occasion, the DC urged people to cooperate with the
administration and said that the noble goal cannot be achieved without public
support. He said the drive was launched with the special aim of maintaining
sanitation in and around the public places.
