Bus driven into stream,15 hurt

Khammam, Oct 25: About 15 passengers, including former MLA Katta Venkata Narasaiah, travelling in the State-owned RTC bus 'Rajadhani' were injured after the driver lost control of the vehicle and drove into the stream at Nayakangudem, of Kusumanchi Mandal in this district early today. The bus was proceeding to here from Hyderabad when the accident occurred, police said The injured were shifted to Government hospital here for treatment. Roads and Buildings Minister Thummala Nageswar Rao who enquired the incident asked the doctors to provide best medical treatment for the injured. A case has been registered and investigation is on, police added. UNI
