Buses to ply all night in Kolkata

Kolkata, Oct 31: The West Bengal State Transport Department is taking steps to runs buses all through the night in Kolkata. Thus, like in New York, London or Washington DC, there would soon be 24-hour availability of bus service across the city, which would be an impressive feat indeed. During the Durga Puja as well as during the Indian Premier league (IPL) match days, the State Government had run bus services late into the night, which was highly appreciated by the public.
