SRINAGAR, OCTOBER 23: The
delegation of Contingent Paid Workers lead by former MLA Abdul Gaffar Sofi
today called on Minister for Education, Syed Mohammad Altaf Bukhari and urged
for the implementation of Minimum Wages Employment Act.
On the occasion, President of J&K Contingent Paid Workers Union,
Mohammad Yousuf Bhat appraised the Minister about the various issues faced by
the workers.
After giving the patient hearing, Bukhari assured them that all their
genuine demands will be addressed and the pending wages will be released at an
earliest.
