Oct 30: There are indications that the deposed Pakistani Prime Minister
Nawaz Sharif and his brother Shahbaz Sharif, who is Chief Minister of Punjab,
will hold meeting in London soon to discuss the party affairs and the current
political situation in the country. A Samaa report from Lahore said the Chief
Minister of Punjab Shahbaz Sharif has left for London on Sunday. The sources
said CM Punjab will hold meetings in Qatar on his way to the British capital
but the reports have not been confirmed officially. On the other hand, Nawaz
Sharif is leaving for London from Jeddah. Sources added that Prime Minister
Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, CM Punjab Shahbaz Sharif, Foreign Minister Khawaja
Muhammad Asif and members of the federal cabinet are expected to meet the
former Prime Minister and discuss the political situation of the country.
Sources said Nawaz Sharif was likely to return to Pakistan early next month and
present himself before the Accountability Court. UNI
