Oct 11: The joy of thrashing India in the T20 encounter at Guwahati
diminished to some extent for the visitor Australia as its team bus reportedly
got pelted with stones after the match.
Aussie cricketer Aaron Finch shared a picture of a broken glass pane on social media just before midnight yesterday, around the time the team left the Barsapara Cricket Stadium here, after beating India by eight wicket.
"Pretty scary having a rock thrown through the team bus window on way back to the hotel !!," Finch captioned the picture.
Police sources have so far not confirmed the incident, though people at the site of the purported incident claimed some miscreants indulged in the lone stone pelting. UNI
