ADC Bla penalizes Gulmarg Hotel proprietors for violating FSS Act

          BARAMULLA, NOVEMBER 03: Additional Deputy commissioner Baramulla today imposed a fine of Rs 40,000 and Rs 20,000 on two leading Hotel Proprietors at Gulmarg over providing sub-standard consumable food items to the visiting customers.

 Accordingly a team of officials led by the concerned Food Safety Officer inspected these hotels wherein they found the sub-standard food items being provided to the people. Consequently the matter was brought into the notice of ADC, who is also the adjudicating officer imposed fine under section 51 of Food Safety & Standard Act.
