New Delhi, Nov 20: The level of pollutants in the Delhi air, though sliding gradually, still
maintained a hold on the national capital, leading to 'Very Poor' air quality,
apart from impacting the rail traffic.According to the data provided by the
Indian Railways, 21 trains were running late, while two were put back and as
many were cancelled, owing to smog.
The levels of particulate matter came down to 213 and 153,
respectively for PM10 and PM2.5, leading to 'Moderate' and 'Very Poor' levels
of air quality. The minimum temperature settled at 14.6 degree Celsius, two
notches above normal, while humidity levels oscillated between 62 per cent and
52 per cent. The maximum temperature remained around 24.5 degrees, three
notches below normal. The weatherman has forecast clear sky throughout the day,
while the maximum temperature is likely to settle around 23 degrees.The minimum
