JAMMU, NOVEMBER 21: Lt. Gen.
Saranjit Singh, GOC 16 Corps, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan
here today and briefed him about the obtaining security situation in his
entire Area of Responsibility, particularly along the Line of Control.
Governor discussed with the GOC certain issues relating to effective
internal security management in the hinterland and further strengthening of the
counter-infiltration grid.
