JAMMU, NOVEMBER 16: Governor N.
N. Vohra, has expressed sadness on the demise of Sh. V. Khalid, former Governor
of Jammu Kashmir and Supreme Court Judge.
Governor conveyed his condolences to
the members of the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul resting in
eternal peace.
